Q. What aircraft does the squadron fly?

A. The Triple 7's fly the following different types of aircraft, including all sub-variants, on a regular basis

in both dogfight and campaign modes.

Q. What server settings does the squadron use in combat?

A. We use the following server settings, but they depend on many factors. Plus there are further tweaks

available in the RCU file found in the main IL-2 directory. We try to fly as realistic as possible when in

combat against other squadrons. However, some features may be left enabled on to aid either side.

Q. What voice communication software does the squadron use and where can I find the connection

      information?

A.  We use Team Speak as our main voice communication utility. We have a permanent TS server hosted by a

third party. As a backup we can use Roger Wilco. Connection information can be found in our Pilot

        Forum in the War Room.

Q. Where can I find a multiplayer game to fly with my squadron mates?

A. Most of our online flights begin by meeting in Hypelobby. Once in Hyperlobby we can connect on our own

or use Hyperlobby to start the flight.

Q. Where can I find the skins that the Triple 7's use in combat?

A. All of our paintjobs can be found on our Skins page listed below. All of our skins are based upon real

WWII paintjobs and they have been adapted for our use as an American Volunteer Group. Here's a

      sample.

Q. What in-flight formations and combat tactics does the Triple 7's use?

A. All of our air-to-air tactics rely heavily on teamwork and mutual wingman support. You can find further

discussion on this topic in our Pilot Forum found below. You must register with EZ Board before your can

      post messages.
